MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI PEMBERIAN REWARD PADA MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA KELAS V SDN BALEASRI KABUPATEN MAGETAN

This article study aims to find out whether giving rewards to students can improve learning outcomes and student motivation at SDN Baleasri 1. The fifth grade students at SDN Baleasri are the research subjects chosen by the researchers. While the method used is PTK research method or Classroom Action Research. The research results obtained show that the perception of mathematics as a difficult subject also occurs among elementary school students in Baleasri 1. Efforts that can be made by teachers to improve learning outcomes and student motivation is through giving rewards to students. Based on the results of observations and research conducted, it is known that there is an increase in motivation by 80% and 20% increase in student learning outcomes.
