Retos en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo: enfermos de Síndrome de la Inmunodeficiencia Adquirida (SIDA) y portadores del Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana (VIH)

Así pues, para el desarrollo de esta temática se encontrarán los siguientes apartados, primero “Diferente tratamiento médico, igual tratamiento laboral” donde se expone someramente lo relacionado con la diferenciación en el tratamiento de una persona infectada con VIH y aquellas que son diagnosticados con SIDA, posteriormente, la “Evolución de la protección de los trabajadores infectados con VIH/Enfermos de SIDA en la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional con su incidencia en la gestión preventiva en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo” con el fin de comprender el estado jurisprudencial para el tratamiento de las personas que se encuentren en dichas situación, se prosigue con la “Vigilancia de la salud” como obligación del empleador, aspecto que, da lugar al siguiente apartado “procesos de rehabilitación y reincorporación laboral” para así, finalmente exponer las obligaciones desde el “riesgo psicosocial y prevención del acoso laboral
