(A-D) LLC-PK cells grown in 96-well plates in triplicate were treated with various concentrations of the RIPK1 inhibitor Nec-1, RIPK3 inhibitor GSK’872, MLKL inhibitor NSA, and pan-caspase inhibitor Z-VAD-FMK or left mock-treated and incubated for 24 h at 37°C. Cell viability was measured at OD570 using an ELISA reader. The results represent the means ± standard error from two independent experiments.
