Pelaksanaan Jasa Perpajakan dan Penyusunan Dokumen Transfer Pricing Di PT Ofisi Prima Konsultindo

The internship was conducted at PT Ofisi Prima Konsultindo located at AKR Tower 17th floor, A Unit, Kebon Jeruk from June 15 2020 to August 10 2020 with the position as a Junior Consultant. During the internship, the author handled seven companies clients, such as PT AMA, PT AIA, PT EIA, PT OIA, PT ALA, PT SRA, and PT PNG. The main tasks related with transfer pricing document were reconciling sales and purchases transactions, summarize all related parties transactions, making scheme of related parties transactions, prepare master file and conducting transfer pricing test using CUP and TNMM method, and calculating financial ratios. Furthermore, the main tasks for general taxation consist of inputting e-SPT of income tax withholding article 23 and article 21. During the internship, most of the task can be executed properly. There are some constraints found during the internship, for example the client company has not yet provided complete data so it makes the company postponed the work until the complete data provided. However, it can be resolved by asked senior staff to contact the client company periodically for give the complete data
