Pelaksanaan Adit Service di PT Berkat Wahana Solusindo Consulting

The internship was conducted at PT Berkat Wahana Solusindo Consulting in audit division as junior. During the internship, the main task were present audit services for PT ABC, PT DEF, PT GHI, PT JKL, PT MNO. The tasks that have been done were vouching and inputting account receivables, vouching and inputting account payable, vouching and inputting account receivables card, footing and cross footing petty cash, footing and checking receive item list, making recapitulations of employee loan, and completing working paper. During the internship, most of the tasks can be executed properly. There were some contraints found during the internship. The first constraint was when vouching and inputting account receivables, there was some transaction that the sales order number can’t be found. The solution to this problem was put aside the document, discussing with the senior auditor and do re-search to sales order file. The second constraint was the account payable template columns wasn’t fully filled. The solution to this problem was do re-search through the document. The third constraint was when vouching and inputting account receivables card, there was missing account receivables card. The solution to this problem was ask the client’s finance staff
