Industrial Placement in Century Park Hotel Jakarta

The purpose of this Industrial Placement program for the writer is to fulfill the graduation requirements, to make report, and to give information about Century Park Hotel Jakarta to the juniors who are going to have Industrial Placement in this hotel. The program has been started since June 2019 until December 2019. The Industrial Placement program is very important because the writer can get knowledge and experience to adapt in the real working environment. The writer was placed in Front Office and Marketing Communication Department. The problem that happened during the Industrial Placement program for the writer is the transferring period. This condition enforced the writer to learn and adapt quickly with the new division. Even though at first it was quite hard to deal with adapting new environment, it becomes advantageous for the writer in improving the flexibility and communication skills at work. Eventhough there are some problems and difficulties, the writer learned a lot from this Industrial Placement. The writer has gained several Hotel skills and knowledge in Hotel Operations. This report hopefully can guide the juniors who want to do an Industrial Placement in Hotel Century Park Jakarta
