Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian tentang pengaruh fleksibilitas tempat kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kepuasan karir yang dimoderasi oleh goal-orientation serta kepuasan kerja dan organization based self esteem terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 80 responden yang merupakan pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Se Provinsi Kepulauan Riau.
