Sensory perception disorder is a form of hallucinations which is one of the problems with mental disorders. Hallucinaations are one of the psychological manifestasions of a person who are described by strong subtle sentiments, sights, feelings of contact or smells that are not real. Auditory hallucinations are mental disorders such as a person hearing voices that are not real such as taking, mocking, laught at, threaten, and ordered to do something. Behavior that appears in patiens with hallucinations are pointing at the ear as asource of the sound, covering both ears with his hand, talking to himself, laughing to himself. Auditory hallucinations generally often withdraw, look in one direction, feel restless, talk to them selves and laugh to theselves. Hallucination can be controlled with pharmacology and non pharmacological theraphy. One of the non pharmacological therapy with other people. Conversation therapy with other people is one of the non-fharmacological therapy to control or control hallucinations, because the focus of the patient attention can shift from belief hallucintions that are carried out with other people. The paper aims to control hallucinations. The method used is the study case, the action that will be given is the application of conversational therapy four times in two weeks. This therapy is carried out for fifteen to twenty minutes. After the intervention, it was found that by applying conversations into other converstions, so that hallucinations could be controlled.
