ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA DENGAN FOKUS STUDI PERUBAHAN PERSEPSI SENSORI HALUSINASI PENDENGARAN DI RSJ PROF. DR. SOEROJO MAGELANG

Humans will not be separated from all kinds of problems, one of is mental health problems. Mental health problems that often arise are Schizophrenia and hallucinations, one of the treatment therapies is enhanced by Conversational Actions. The purpose of this study was to describe the results of care for Schizophrenic Patients with Changes in Sensory Perception Hearing Hallucinations with Conversational Actions. Type of research is case study with a descriptive method. The population and sample criteria for patients with a medical diagnosis of schizophrenia, patients with a diagnosis of 1000 sensory perception disorders: hallucinations, and patients with a PSYRAT score range between 11-44. This research was conducted at RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang in May 2022. This research instrument uses the Nursing mental assessment format and is supported by the PSYRATS questionnaire. Data collection techniques in this study means of interviews, direct observation and physical examination, study documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out in a narrative descriptive way. The research ethics used are autonomy, Benevolence, Inform Consent, Anonymity and Confidentiality. The results of this study that there was an improvement in the patient's condition, but in Mr. D is not optimal because it has another diagnosis, namely social isolation, and the results of the PSYRATS questionnaire. It is stated that speaking has a good effect on how to control hallucinations. So it is recommended for nurses to apply the act of conversing on auditory hallucinations more optimall
