Hallucinations are sensory perceptual disturbances in the five senses that actually do not exist and are not real. The purpose of this case study is to apply psychoreligious therapy: dhikr to the ability to control auditory hallucinations. The method in this scientific paper is a case study with the provision of psychoreligious therapy: dhikr. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation and literature/documentation studies. The results of the intervention show that the client can control hallucinations after being given psychoreligious therapy: dhikr.
