This study intends to understand the influence of leader effectiveness, directly or indirectly, on turnover intention through work stress mediators. This study uses an explanatory research method that examines the relationship between independent and bound variables by testing hypotheses. This study used a sample of Indonesian Islamic Bank employees in East Java with a saturated sampling technique. In this study, a sample of 100 respondents was obtained, which was analyzed using structural equation modeling partial least squares, which included validity and reliability tests using algorithm techniques, then hypothesis testing using bootstrap.
