The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work involvement and work stress on the turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PT. Perkebunan Minanga Ogan. The approach used in this research is quantitative. To determine the sample using probability sampling, then probability sampling used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study were contract employees totaling 200 people at PT. Perkebunan Minanga Ogan.
