PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMPENSASI DAN PENGAWASAN PIMPINAN TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI POLITEKNIK PENERBANGAN MEDAN

ABSTRACTThe formulation of the problem in this study is whether the motivation, compensation andsupervision of the leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on thework discipline of employees of the Medan Aviation Polytechnic. This study aims todetermine the influence of motivation, compensation and leadership supervision on thework discipline of employees of the Medan Aviation Polytechnic. The sample in this studywas all employees of the Medan Aviation Polytechnic, totaling 98 people. The dataanalysis technique in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this studyshow; Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee workdiscipline; Partial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employeedisciplinary; Partial supervision of the Leadership has a positive and significant effect onemployee work discipline; Motivation, compensation and supervision of leaderssimultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline.Keywords : Motivation; Compensation; Leadership Oversight; Work Disciplin
