ABSTRACTThe formulation of the problem in this study is whether the motivation, compensation andsupervision of the leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on thework discipline of employees of the Medan Aviation Polytechnic. This study aims todetermine the influence of motivation, compensation and leadership supervision on thework discipline of employees of the Medan Aviation Polytechnic. The sample in this studywas all employees of the Medan Aviation Polytechnic, totaling 98 people. The dataanalysis technique in this study is Multiple Linear Regression.
