Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan Koperasi Unit Desa.

An organization or company is established to be able to develop in a better direction. The success of an organization is greatly influenced by the personal discipline of its employees. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of compensation and incentives on employee discipline. This research was conducted at KUD Mambal. The population and sample in this study were all 32 people in KUD Mambal using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used are classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, deterministic tests, partial and simultaneous significance tests, as well as t tests and F tests. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that some compensation variables (X1) and motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline (Y), and the compensation and motivation variables affect simultaneously on the work discipline of employees at KUD Mambal. The value of Fhitung = 20,392 proves this, which is greater than the value of Ftabel = 3.29. The advice given to KUD Mambal hopes to further increase supervision of the work given to employees by employees, in addition, the presence of employees during working hours still needs to be improved
