An organization or company is established to be able to develop in a better direction. The success of an organization is greatly influenced by the personal discipline of its employees. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of compensation and incentives on employee discipline. This research was conducted at KUD Mambal. The population and sample in this study were all 32 people in KUD Mambal using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used are classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, deterministic tests, partial and simultaneous significance tests, as well as t tests and F tests.
