Village Development is a series of village development activities consisting of planning, implementing, and supervising activities. The role of the government is to bring about change that does not turn into a social upheaval, moreover it can become a threat to national integrity and national unity and integrity. This research is motivated by the problem of infrastructure development in Kuntu Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency in particular which still needs a review of the implementation with field conditions in a development. This study aims to determine the existing implementation in infrastructure development and to find out the obstacles in the implementation of infrastructure development. its adjustments in the field on the construction of road cementation widening, and the construction of MCK in Kuntu Village. The method in this study uses qualitative methods, with primary and secondary data types obtained from observations or observations, documentation as well as interviews from related parties. The author's key informant is the Head of Kuntu Village with the author's informant being the Village Secretary, Head of Development, Head of BPD, Youth and Community Chair. Based on the results obtained from this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the construction of road cementing widening, and the construction of MCK Kuntu Village regarding the analysis of the suitability of the implementation and field conditions, there are still differences of opinion technically and administratively from several parties, budget planning does not pay attention to technical, less alignment between the implementation and the technical
