Penyelenggaraan Pembangunan Infrastruktur Oleh Pemerintah Desa Lubuk Bilang Kecamatan Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

Rapi Caniago , Infrastructure This research aims to determine the implementation of infrastructure development by the village government of Lubuk Bilang Village, Rambah Samo District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The indicators used in this research are: Stages of preparation of development plans, Determination of development plans, Stages of implementing development plans, Stages of evaluation of the success of development plans. This research took place in Lubuk Bilang Village, Rambah Samo District, Rokan Hulu Regency by using a qualitative research type with a descriptive survey method, namely by conducting direct interviews in the field and observations at the research location to analyze the empirical conditions that occurred. The key informants in this research were the Head of Lubuk Bilang Village, and the informants consisted of 3 BPD, 1 RT, 1 RW, 1 TPK and 2 community leaders. Data collection techniques through research tools in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of the Village Government in the Implementation of Infrastructure Development by the Village Government of Lubuk Bilang Village, Rambah Samo District, Rokan Hulu Regency is said to be quite good. This has been assessed through dimensions and indicators, namely the stages of preparing a development plan, determining the development plan, the stages of implementing the development plan, the stages of evaluating the success of the development plan
