This study aims to describe (1) the village government's strategy in realizing infrastructure development priority programs (2) the obstacle during the infrastructure development implementation process is the swelling in material prices, because it is not in accordance with the infrastructure development budget which results in uneven development. \ud This research method uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach which was carried out at the Sidomulyo Village Government on 07 February-April 2021. The subjects of this research included the Village Head, Head of BPD, Head of Government and the community to collect data through observation, interviews with informants and documentation. Then the data were analyzed through the data reduction stage, data and drawing conclusions. The final stage is to test the validity of the data with the data triangulation procedure. The results showed: (1) the strategy of the Sidomulyo village government in realizing the infrastructure development priority program in terms of planning, the village government carried out the village development planning meeting as an initial stage so that infrastructure development was in accordance with the needs of the community, which had implications for the community with the existence of the forum, then at the development evaluation stage. Last year's infrastructure has become a reference for future development that is more effective and efficient and finally the Sidomulyo village government has succeeded in carrying out development to its full potential even though it is still in the completion process, such as bridges and farm roads, in the determination process as the first step in infrastructure development (2) in the mechanism of the implementation stage of infrastructure development, the village government carried out the evaluation planning maneuver the previous year and in the end the village government had built the infrastructure of bridges, farm roads, irrigation canals and village axis roads to the maximum, although there were still obstacles in the funding factor.
