The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transactional, reward, and punishment leadership styles on the performance of employees at PT. Royal Sutra Developer and PT. Mega Cipta Properti. The object in this research is employee performance. The form of this research is descriptive quantitative and correlation with the marketing population totaling 36 employees was taken using the total sampling technique method. Tests were carried out by analyzing the results of descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient tests using SPSS version 25.
