This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance in the Sales Department of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Palembang. This research is a case study with the data used are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire which was distributed to 52 respondents and conducted interviews. This study uses SPSS 24 for windows as a data processing and testing tool. The first data analysis technique performed was validity and reliability tests to test the instrument.
