This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and self-efficacy on employee performance through motivation as a mediating variable. Data collection techniques through questionnaires with total sampling technique on 38 respondents. This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is the scale range and uses the bootstrapping hypothesis test through Process Macro Analysis from Hayes with the help of SPSS 25 software. The calculation of the scale range shows compensation with high results, high self-efficacy, high motivation, and employee performance with high results .
