Performance management (PM) is a major contributor in accomplishing organizational strategy effectiveness that involves measuring and improving the value of the manpower. Human capital is the most valuable resource of competitive advantage for an organization. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of employees on the Effectiveness of the Performance Management System (EPMS) with regards to the Performance Appraisal Process (PAP) and Reward System (RS).
