The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between non-monetary rewards and employee performance. This study emphasized on the relationship between recognition, training and good work environment with employee performance. The literature review revealed that the non-monetary rewards had a significant relationship with the employee's performance. Therefore, quantitative research has been conducted at Percetakan Nasional Malaysia Berhad (PNMB) to identify the impact of the nonmonetary rewards on employee performance in this company.
