(A) Effect of α,β-dehydrolovastatin (DHLV), lovastatin, α,β-dehydrodihydromonacolin K, mevastatin, simvastatin, and pravastatin on cAMP-dependent Cl- secretion determined by ISC analysis. (B) Effect of CFTRinh-172 (CFTR inhibitor) on cAMP-dependent Cl- secretion determined by ISC analysis.
