The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of leadership in improving the effectiveness of employee performance at PT. XYZ Bogor Branch and the influence of the role of leadership on improving employee performance at PT. XYZ Bogor Branch. The types of research used are case studies and field studies. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the role of leadership in PT. XYZ Bogor Branch applies a mixed leadership style: autocratic, participatory, and transactional.
