This study was conducted to analyze the role of openness and spirituality in the workplace on deviant behavior in the workplace. Respondents of this study were 66 people who are employees in all South Purwokerto Government Administrative office and domiciled in the city of Purwokerto. This study uses quantitative methods in the form of a survey with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded: 1) Agreeableness has a positive effect on job satisfaction, 2) Job satisfaction has a negative effect on Employee Deviant Behavior, 3) Workplace Spirituality has no negative effect on Employee Deviant Behavior, 4) Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of openness on Employee Deviant Behavior.
