This study aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on personnel performance with spirituality at work as a moderating variable and deviant behavior as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at The Directorate General of Criminal Investigation of West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police, involving 99 personnel. Determination of the research sample is done by purposive sampling. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis tool uses PLS analysis. The results showed that workplace spirituality could not strengthen job satisfaction's effect on personnel's deviant behavior.
