ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN ANTARA LEASING DAN KREDIT ATAS PENGADAAN ASET TETAP GUNA MENILAI TINGKAT SOLVABILITAS PERUSAHAAN (Studi Kasus pada UD. Arweda Kabupaten Trenggalek)

ABSTRACT Comparative Analysis of Leasing and Credit on Procurement of Fixed Assets to Assess the Company's Solvency Level (Case Study at UD Arweda Kabupaten Trenggalek) aims to determine the ratio between leasing and bank credit on the procurement of fixed assets in order to assess the level of corporate solvency. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis by using solvency ratio formula. The results show that credit alternative has a lower total debt to assets ratio compared to leasing. Credit has a total debt to assets ratio of 24%, monthly installments of Rp. 1,494,059,21, with a total of 3 years installment of  Rp. 53.786.131,46. Therefore, researchers advise companies to choose alternative credit because it can save expenses so as not to reduce most of the profits earned by the company.   ABSTRAK Analisis Perbandingan Antara Leasing dan Kredit Atas Pengadaan Aset Tetap Guna Menilai Tingkat Solvabilitas Perusahaan (Studi Kasus pada UD. Arweda Kabupaten Trenggalek) bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara leasing dan kredit bank atas pengadaan aset tetap guna menilai tingkat solvabilitas perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan rumus rasio solvabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alternatif kredit memiliki total debt to assets ratio yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan leasing. Kredit memiliki total debt to assets ratio sebesar 24%, angsuran per bulan sebesar Rp. 1.494.059,21, dengan total angsuran selama 3 tahun sebesar Rp. 53.786.131,46. Dengan demikian, peneliti memberi saran kepada perusahaan untuk memilih alternatif kredit karena dapat menghemat pengeluaran sehingga tidak mengurangi sebagian besar laba yang diperoleh perusahaan
