Analisis Sumber Pendanaan Leasing Dan Hutang Jangka Panjang Dalam Pengadaan Aktiva Tetap (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Malang Indah Genteng Rajawali)

This reasearch focused on the source of financing leasing ang long term debt in the addition of fixed assets such as vehicles and machinery. Selection financing alternative selected is to look at the total present value of the smallest cash outflow between leasing and long term debt. Based research conducted on the company Malang Indah Genteng Rajawali note that the present value of cash outflow on financial leasing of vihicles and machinery Rp. 429.231.258,0 and Rp. 167.520.775,3 while present value cash outflow long term debt in financing machinery Rp. 424.073.130,9 and Rp. 169.224.091,5. Based on these results it is suggested the company has fixed assets financing leasing for procurement meein and selecting long term debt financing for the procurement of vihicles because it has a present value cash outflow smaller
