Analisis Alternatif Pendanaan Leasing Atau Hutang Jangka Panjang Dalam Pengadaan Aktiva Tetap Perusahaan (Studi Pada PT. Citra Perdana Kendedes Malang)

In this study, researchers focused on the sources of funding for the addition of fixed assets in the form of operational vehicles (taxis), which analyzes alternative of funding sources between lease with long term debt. As for the determination of the funding source policies that will be chosen is to look at the smallest total present value of cash outflows between leasing and long-term debt.Based on the results of research in PT. Citra Perdana Kendedes Malang,is known that the source of financing leasing more profitable than long-term debt. This is because the leasing funding sources have cash flow (cash out flow) are smaller at Rp 1,356,985,967.00 compared with cash flow (cash flow out) alternative long-term debt of Rp 1,403,394,460.58. It can be concluded that the source of the advantageous funding for the company is leasing because it can provide savings in the amount of Rp 46,408,493.58
