The approach method used in this research is JuridicalEmpirical. Juridical Empirical is a type of sociological legal research and can also be called field research. The research location is in the Class 1 Penitentiary of Malang. From the results of research and discussion that the practice carried out in Class I Lapas Malang regarding the procedures and procedures for implementing the parole process is in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, that the rights of prisoners who have served 2/3 of the total number of sanctions obtained are correct. - Really implemented and implemented in the Class I Lapas Malang. Researchers hope that with this research, it can clarify the rights of prisoners so as not to cause new concerns when prisoners return to community life so that prisoners can return to live and coexist with the community.
