ANALISA TINGKAT KECELAKAAN LALU LINTAS ( STUDI KASUS DI JL. TLOGOMAS – JL. MT. HARYONO – JL. MAYJEND PANJAITAN, KOTA MALANG )

Several locations prone to traffic accidents in Malang City occurred on Jl. Tlogomas - Jl. MT. Hrayono - Jl. Major General Panjaitan. From data from the Malang City Traffic Unit in 2018 there were 27 cases of traffic accidents, in 2019 there were 28 cases of traffic accidents, and 2020 there were 13 cases of traffic accidents along the road. Not only prone to accidents, but also prone to traffic jams. The purpose of this study is to calculate the accident rate, determine the characteristics of the accident, determine the accident-prone (black spot), determine the class of side barriers and provide solutions to reduce the rate of traffic accidents. The method used to calculate the accident rate is based on the Guidelines for Handling Traffic Accident Prone Locations (Pd T-09-2004-B), to determine accident-prone points using the Cusum and EAN methods and to determine the obstacle class using the 1997 MKJI. From the analysis results obtained the highest accident rate value based on the classification of serious accidents on Jl. MT. Haryono with 4,464 accidents/100JPKP, based on the classification of moderate accidents on Jl. MT. Haryono with 15,623 accidents/100JPKP. From determining the characteristics of the accident, it was found that the month and day did not have a major effect on the accident, while the type of victim, hour, type of vehicle, and type of collision had a major influence on the accident. From the results of the black spot analysis, several accident-prone points were found at STA 2+100 – 2+300 Jl. Tlogomas, STA 0+900 – 1+200 Jl. MT. Haryono, STA 1+200 – 1+500 Jl. Major General Panjaitan
