Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kesejahteraan, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Pd. Bkk Karanganyar

This research examined the influence of leadership, welfare, and cultural organization on the performance of employees in PD. BKK Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. This study aims to analyze the influence of (1) leadership on the performance of employees in PD.BKK Karanganyar; (2) welfare toward employee performance in PD.BKK Karanganyar; (3) culture organization on the performance of employees in pd.Bkk karanganyar; and (4) Leadership, welfare, and cultural organization simultaneously on the performance of employees in pd.Bkk karanganyar. The kind of research used research survey explanatory. The sample collection technique using a technique the census. The population and sample used in research were 124 employees. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. Conclusions from testing any hypothesis shows that (1) leadership significant impact of employee performance; (2) welfare significant impact of employee performance; (3) of a culture organization significant impact on employee performance, (4) leadership, welfare, and cultural organization simultaneous influence on the performance of employees
