ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out information about the performance, leadership and organizational culture on the performance of the employees of the sub-district office in babuludistricPenajamPaser Utara, East Kalimantan.This type of this research is explanatory research. Respondents in this research are all employees of Babulu District Office in PenajamPaser Utara with 39 employees. The data method used are by distributing questionnaires and documentation.
