Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Restaurant Samsara Ubud di Gianyar

To find out the influence of transformational leadership styles, physical work environments, and work disciplines on employee performance. The study was conducted at Restaurant Samsara Ubud with a population and a sample of 30 people with a saturated sample method. The instruments used are validity tests and reliability tests, using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research, transformational leadership style, physical work environment and work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Samsara Ubud Restaurant and Transformational Leadership Style, Physical Work Environment, and Work Discipline simultaneously positively and significantly affect Employee Performance at Samsara Restaurant Ubud where Fhitung>Ftabel values are (32,368>2.98).
