Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Good employee performance has a big impact on the competitiveness of the company. There are many factors that can affect performance so that the company must conduct an evaluation to find weaknesses in the existing performance in the company. Research Problem formulation and objectives in this study are to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance at The Miracle Villa Nusa Dua partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees at The Miracle Villa Nusa Dua. The sample used in this study was 35 people, using the saturated sample method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that transformational leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially and simultaneously. Suggestions in this study are for management to evaluate policies related to employee performance by paying attention to transformational leadership style factors, organizational culture and work motivation
