An important element in improving employee performance is a leader who is able to influence his subordinates and actively involve subordinates in achieving these goals through appropriate leadership styles and motivations. The purpose of this research is to know the direct influence of transformational leadership style and motivation on employee performance at Sisterfields Cafe Seminyak as well as to know the indirect influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance through motivation at Sisterfields Cafe Seminyak.
