The purpose of this study is to determine the direct or indirect influence of organizational culture on employee performance on job satisfaction. The survey was conducted on a CV. Ciptama Computer Denpasar. The samples used were determined by saturated samples with 39 respondents. Data collection is conducted through observations, interviews, literature searches and surveys. Data analysis techniques used for validation, reliability, path analysis and Sobel test. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that organizational culture and job satisfaction affect employee performance and satisfaction is able to mediate between organizational culture and employee performance at CV. Ciptama Computer in Denpasar
