The performance of employees in an agency will greatly affect the achievements obtained by the company. This research was conducted to find out how communication and compensation can affect the performance of honorary employees either partially or simultaneously at the Environmental Service Office of Tabanan Regency. Of the total population of 42 people used entirely as a sample with the census method. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. This study found that communication and compensation can affect the performance of employees at the Environmental Service Office of Tabanan Regency, either partially or simultaneously.
