Peran Semangat Kerja Memediasi Kompensasi Finansial Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kontrak DPRD Provinsi Bali

Not optimal employee performance and declining morale due to the amount of compensation received is not in line with the number of jobs. This research aims to find out the Spirit of Work Mediating the Effect of Financial Compensation on The Performance of Contract Employees at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council of Bali Province. The samples in this study were as many as 105 contract employees with saturated sample methods. Data collection using observation methods, library studies, interview methods, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are Validity and Reliability Test, Path Analysis Technique, and Sobel Test. The results of this study are (1) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on the spirit of work, (2) the spirit of work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) the spirit of work mediates the influence of financial compensation to positively and significantly affect employee performance
