ИСТОРИЯ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ КОПИНГ-CТРАТЕГИЙ В ОТЕЧЕСТВЕННОЙ И ЗАРУБЕЖНОЙ ПСИХОЛОГИИ

In this article, studies of coping strategies in domestic and foreign psychology are systematized, actual models and formation theories of the coping processes are determined. The main functions of coping behaviour are revealed, and the components of the coping process are singled out. We also consider the psychological preconditions for the manifestation of coping strategies and compare the features of the coping action and defence mechanisms.В данной статье систематизируются исследования копингстратегий в отечественной и зарубежной психологии, определены актуальные модели и теории становления копинг-процессов. Выявлены основные функции копинг-поведения. Выделены компоненты копинг-процесса. Рассматриваются психологические предпосылки проявления копинг-стратегий. Сравнивается особенности действия копинга и защитных механизмов
