Changes in Total Protein Content and Fraction Composition of Serum Proteins in Some Black Sea Fishes During Spawning

The studies in the content of total protein and fraction composition of serum proteins performed for such Black Sea fishes as Trachurus mediterraneus ponticus Aleev, Mallus barbatus ponticus Essipov, Scorpaena porcus L. showed their direct relation to the generative function. Total protein content in all studied species decreased during spawning and is gradually restored after it. Changes in the serum fraction composition were analogous in T. mediterraneus ponticus and M. barbatus ponticus: the content of the albumin fraction first decreased and then increased after spawning. There is no albumin in the S. porcus blood serum.Исследования содержания общего белка и фракционного состава белков сыворотки крови черноморских рыб — ставриды, барабули, скорпены показали отчетливую их связь с генеративной функцией. У всех рассмотренных видов рыб содержание общего белка во время нереста уменьшалось и в посленерестовый период возрастало. Изменения во фракционном составе белков сыворотки крови ставриды и барабули во время нереста аналогичны и состояли в уменьшении содержания альбуминовой фракции с последующим его увеличением после нереста. В сыворотке крови скорпены альбумин отсутствует
