Las elecciones, el dictamen y los medios

This article proposes an analysis of the 2006 presidential elections, based on the study of the results presented by the Electoral Federal Institute (ife) in order to verify how all candidates in different regions and states play a different role in the voting process, which, in general terms, favors the national party candidate, while López Obrador has the vote in specific areas of the country. On the other hand, the veredict proposed by the electoral tribunal of the federation judiciary power is analyzed to show the election final veredict, but the arguments given by the authority disqualify the performance and the influence of the media presenting as only elements, the preferences and phobias of the judges.El presente artículo propone un análisis de las elecciones presidenciales de 2006, con base en el estudio de los resultados presentados por el Instituto Federal Electoral (ife). Para verificar cómo los candidatos en los diferentes estados y regiones tienen una participación distinta en la votación, la cual en términos promedios favorece al candidato panista, mientras que López Obrador tiene una votación ubicada en algunas zonas del país. Por otra parte se analiza el dictamen que propuso el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación (tepjf) para dar el veredicto final de la elección, sin embargo, los argumentos propuestos por dicha autoridad descartan, desconocen y descalifican la actuación e influencia de los medios sin presentar elementos probatorios más que las filias y las fobias de los propios magistrados
