PENGELOLAAN PENGENALAN LAPANGAN PENDIDIKAN DI LABORATORIUM FAKULTAS ILMU TARBIYAH DAN KEGURUAN UNIVERSITAS ISLAM NEGERI SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2020-2021

This research is motivated by optimal use of laboratories where the state of the laboratory at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training is very good and so far the level of learning is very efficient so that it determines the learning process in higher education because the laboratory is an academic support unit in educational institutions. Thus, the laboratory must be designed systematically and in accordance with the needs of students and lecturers. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of the introduction of the educational field at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at the State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta and to find out the process of introducing PLP-KKN activities in the educational laboratory of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at the State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga. The type of this research is research, the place and time of the research is carried out in the educational laboratory of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Sunan Kalijaga in November-December 2021. The subjects of this research are the administrators and staff of the Education laboratory of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Sunan Kalijaga and several PLP students. . Methods of data collection is done by using the technique of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the program management of PLP-KKN activities was carried out through four stages, namely: planning (planning), organizing (organizing), actuating (implementing), and controlling (controlling). Planning for PLP-KKN activities includes planning activities that will be carried out during the PLP-KKN program, organizing which includes the stages of coordination and cooperation between members of the PLP-KKN group so that activities will take place well and smoothly, in the implementation process students must be able to complete the work program that has been set. It was agreed that while still complying with the applicable health protocols, after all activities were successfully carried out, an evaluation would be carried out to determine the failure and success of PLP-KKN activities. The process of introducing PLP-KKN activities is carried out online or online which begins with the preparation of the Integrative PLP-KKN Work program, where students are required to design PLP-KKN work programs such as KKN activities in general which are agreed with field supervisors, tutors and tutor coordinators.
