PENEGAKAN HUKUM BAGI PELAKU BULLYING ANAK OLEH ANAK LAINNYA SESUAI DENGAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 35 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG PERLINDUNGAN ANAK (Studi Kasus Polresta Kota Malang)

Bullying or Bullying, is not a new crime in society, Bullying cannot be underestimated considering the most dangerous impact of Bullying, which can cause someone to have suicidal ideation. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the protection provided by law so that the crime of bullying in Indonesia can be reduced cases. In Article 1 paragraph 15a, bullying is said to be violence in which every act against a child results in physical, psychological, sexual misery or suffering, and neglect, including threats to commit acts, coercion, or unlawful deprivation of liberty. So that any type of bullying, whether physical, verbal, or social, is still included in the category of violence in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. Therefore, the author wants to know how the form of law enforcement is for child perpetrators who bully fellow children and find out what obstacles are in carrying out law enforcement for child perpetrators. The method used in this legal research is a sociological juridical approach. The results of this study are forms of law enforcement for child offenders at the Malang City Police, namely by two actions through 1. Preventive action, namely by cooperating with the school and KPAI by providing counseling in schools, 2. Repressive actions, namely Malang City Police enforce the law to the perpetrators involved in order to get sanctions whose purpose is to provide a deterrent effect to the perpetrators. Obstacles in law enforcement for perpetrators of children who commit violent acts of bullying are many who still consider this incident trivial, so that there is a lack of deterrent effect for perpetrators of these children and lack of awareness of parents in the importance of legal protection for children
