PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM BAGI ANAK KORBAN BULLYING (STUDI DI POLRESTA MALANG KOTA)

Behavior Bullying has become a culture in Indonesia. world, especially in Indonesia, so that in Indonesia bullying is no stranger to be heard. Bullying is a form of aggressive behavior, where the perpetrator of this bullying takes action against the victim in the form of insults, insults and threats. Of course there are factors that make the child a victim of bullying. This study takes the formulation of the problem factors of children who are victims of bullying, as well as the process and form of legal protection for children who are victims of bullying given by the Malang City Police. This study used a sociological juridical approach, and the data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive. The conclusion from the author, by analyzing the case and the results of interviews that several factors cause children to become victims of bullying, namely because the child is inferior, lacks socialization, is aloof, stems from a misunderstanding with the perpetrator. The process and form of protection provided by the Malang City Police has also been maximized. In this paper, the author gives advice to parents, schools, Malang City Police and the Community to provide examples of behavior, good directions in order to minimize bullying
