This study aims to determine how the influence of competence, knowledge sharing and work discipline on the performance of Rayz UMM Hotel employees. The population is all employees who have 68 employees. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a total sample of 68 employees. Data were collected through a questionnaire with data measurement techniques using a Likert scale. The instrument test is the validity test and the reliability test. The data analysis test used was a scale range and multiple linear regression.
