PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE SHARING DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA UD. SUMBER REJEKI JOMBANG

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing and competence on employee performance at UD. Sumber Rejeki Jombang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study are all employees in the production field at UD. Sumber Rejeki Jombang, with a sample of 40 respondents. This study uses a type of quantitative data and the data sources used are primary data. Data collection using questionnaire techniques. The measurement scale technique used is the Likert scale. The data analysis method used is the scale range, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and the dominand test. The results of this study indicate that knowledge sharing and competence significantly influence employee performance. Competence provides the biggest contribution to employee performance
