ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge sharing and individual competence on teacher performance at SMKN 1 Arjasa. Its located in the kangean islands. Dsn Katapang Ds, Kolo-Kolo, Arjasa, Sumenep Regency, East Java, the population in this study were teachers at SMK 1 Arjasa with a sample size of 32 respondents, data testing techniques used in this study included instrument testing, normality test, classical assumption test , multiple linear regression analysis, and test the research hypothesis. The data source used is primary data, namely by distributing cookies to teachers at SMKN 1 Arjasa.
