TINGKAT KEBERLANJUTAN URBAN FARMING SEBAGAI KETERSEDIAAN PANGAN KELUARGA DI KAMPUNG GLINTUNG WATER STREET MALANG

Food is a basic human needed, so the availability of food is of particular concern. One solution of food availability is the urban farming program. Glintung Water Street is the area that carries out the program. One way to see urban farming sustainable development is to assess them according to the attributes of each dimension using multidimensional scaling (MDS). This study aims to analyze the attributes that influence and index scores of urban farming in Glintung Water Street Malang. The analysis used is multidimensional scaling (MDS). The results of the analysis obtained are (1) which affect each dimension: (a) the dimension is influenced by the type of plant cultivated, (b) the economic dimension is influenced by the capital of the farmer group, (c) the social dimension is influenced by public education, (d) the dimensions are influenced by the cost of urban farming technology, the dimensions are influenced by the availability of extension, and (2) the index value of the ecological dimension (63.78%), economic (55.51%), social (78.59%), technology (40.53 %), institutionally (67.69%), and multidimensionally (40.53%)
