ABSTRACT Employee retention helps companies in managing qualified employees to stay in the company by motivating and encouraging them to contribute optimally, during a long period of work. This study aims to examine and identify the effect of Talent Management, and Work-Life Balance on Employee Retention, with the mediating by Organizational Support. This research uses a survey strategy and the data collection by distributing questionnaires to PT. Bank SulutGo employees as respondents.
